Parametric solid models of parts and assemblies, built to be edited later without breaking.

Sheet metal and fabrication

Formed parts developed with the right bend allowance, so the flat pattern comes back the size you expect.

How a project runs

Four steps, in this order, every time

The sequence is fixed so you always know what happens next and what you get at the end of it.

  1. 01

    Send what you have

    A sketch on paper, a photo with a scale next to it, an old drawing, or a full brief. Key dimensions and the mating parts are usually enough to start.

  2. 02

    Scope and quote

    You get the deliverable list, file formats, revision count and lead time in writing before any modelling begins. No open-ended hours.

  3. 03

    Design and review

    A model and draft drawing come back for comment. Changes are made against your markups until the design is signed off.

  4. 04

    Release files

    Final pack issued in the agreed formats, with a revision block that lets you track what changed and when.

Rotating equipment

8-bolt flanged shaft housing

Problem

A rotating drive shaft needed a sealed housing that bolted to an existing 8-hole pattern nobody wanted to redrill.

What we did

Bore, O-ring groove and boss height were sized around the customer bolt circle and shaft tolerance, then checked for wall thickness and seal squeeze.

Valves and actuation

ISO 5211 actuator bracket

Problem

An actuator had to sit on an F05 valve top with enough clearance for the drive adapter and no fouling on the stem.

What we did

A machined bracket set the stack height, with the mounting face and drive coupling kept concentric within a tolerance the shop could actually hold.

Power transmission

Spur gear and hub drive

Problem

A discontinued gear had to be replaced with the same centre distance and ratio, from a worn sample.

What we did

Module and tooth count were recovered by measurement, the profile rebuilt parametrically, and the keyway and hub matched to the existing shaft.
